We had record amount of rain in the Adirondacks and Indian Lake was at a 100 year high. The dam that controls the water flow into Indian River that empties into the Hudson was wide open for a couple of weeks to bring the lake back to its normal summer levels. As a result, the rivers were flowing like snow melt season.
